Quickstart

This guide gets your first workspace running with a clean foundation.

Step 1: Create your project

  1. Open Projects.
  2. Click Create Project.
  3. Add project name and website.
  4. Confirm this is the workspace you want to track.

Step 2: Add initial prompts

  1. Open Prompts.
  2. Add 10 to 20 real user-style questions.
  3. Start with high-intent prompts tied to your pipeline.
  4. Use Suggested prompts to speed up setup.

Step 3: Add competitors

  1. Open Project → Brands.
  2. Keep your own brand enabled.
  3. Add 3 to 5 direct competitors.
  4. Accept only relevant suggested brands.

Step 4: Let collection run

Texta needs initial collection cycles before trends are stable.

Step 5: Review core dashboards

  • Overview: high-level health and movement.
  • Ranking: competitor benchmark by core metrics.
  • Sources: which domains and URLs influence responses.
  • Actions: prioritized owned and earned opportunities.
