# First Week Plan

Use this plan after [Quickstart](/getting-started/quickstart) to make your first week in Texta productive.

## Day 1: Baseline setup

* Confirm your main project and website.
* Add your first prompt set.
* Add your own brand and initial competitors.

## Day 2: Prompt quality review

* Remove duplicate prompts.
* Rewrite vague prompts into concrete user questions.
* Add missing prompts from sales calls and onboarding calls.

## Day 3: Entity cleanup

* Review **Brands** suggestions.
* Add aliases where brand spelling varies.
* Clean up tag and topic naming.

## Day 4: Source opportunity scan

* Open [Sources](/analytics/sources).
* Review top domains and top URLs.
* Flag domains with high usage but low own-brand presence.

## Day 5: Execution kickoff

* Open [Actions](/actions/introduction).
* Pick 3 owned actions and 3 earned actions.
* Assign owners and target dates.

## Day 6: Metric check

* Review [Visibility](/metrics/visibility), [Share of Voice](/metrics/share-of-voice), and [Position](/metrics/position).
* Compare trend movement at project scope and topic scope.
* Verify model filters are consistent with your reporting standard.

## Day 7: Weekly review

* Move completed actions to done.
* Document what changed and what did not.
* Define next week's top priorities by expected impact.

## Weekly operating rhythm

* **Monday**: prompt and brand hygiene.
* **Mid-week**: source and action execution.
* **Friday**: impact review and next sprint planning.
